If any Vista product purchased from 4th January 2016, develops a fault within 36 months of invoice, an Advance Replacement will be offered#, subject to confirmation of the fault by Vista Technical Support.
Product warranty comes into effect from shipment date as determined by the serial number and purchase order number.
The process for managing Advance Replacement is as follows:
1. Fault confirmed by Vista Technical Support – Tel: 0118 912 5125
2. Once fault is confirmed, Norbain Customer Services will arrange Advance Replacement
3. Advance Replacement will be dispatched
4. Faulty unit returned to Norbain

#After 1 month from shipment date, Norbain reserve the right to use a refurbished or service product for the remainder of the warranty period.

The warranty on qulu servers is supported under the terms of HP Foundation Care Service (HP Foundation Care) and is composed of comprehensive hardware and software services aimed to help increase the availability of your IT infrastructure. HP technical resources work with you to help you resolve hardware and software problems with HP products.
For hardware products covered by HP Foundation Care, the service includes remote diagnosis and support, as well as onsite hardware repair if it is required to resolve an issue.
